Call for Proceedings
You are kindly invited to submit your abstract until January 31 st, 2018 (maximum one A4 page).
The deadline for short abstracts submission has been extended to January 31st, 2018 (previously was January 15th, 2018).
The Abstract should be sent to email@example.com in PDF file with the corresponding author surname and preferred presentation type, as follows:
- Surname _O.pdf for oral presentation preference
- Surname_P.pdf for poster presentation preference
The corresponding author will be notified by email message about the acceptance/rejection and the decision about the type of presentation (oral or poster) by March 15th, 2018.
The deadline for submitting the extended abstract (maximum four A4 pages) is April 30th, 2018.
The extended abstract must be prepared in the printer-ready format according to the updated template on 23 April: Updated Model for Proceeding Submission – EWLP 2018 converted to PDF file and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, identifying the document with the surname of the corresponding author, as follows:
- Surname_O if the communication was accepted for oral communication
- Surname_P if the communication was accepted for poster communication
It is highly advised to use the EWLP 2018 template and carefully check it for formatting, spelling or grammar before submitting. Format changes to the template are not allowed.
The accepted proceedings will be published as a book and one copy will be available for the participants of the EWLP 2018 conference.
The organization does not guarantee the publication of extended abstracts sent after April 30th, 2018.
Please note that for each paper to be included in the EWLP 2018 proceedings at least one author must be registered and the corresponding fee paid by April 30th, 2018.
Please prepare your posters using the following measures: 70 x 120 cm (vertical). The posters will be displayed during three days (June 27 – 29).
You should bring your poster to the exhibition room by Tuesday, June 26 (between 3 and 6 o’clock in the afternoon), and to remove it after the last session on Friday, June 29.
There will be two poster sessions, during which the author(s) of the posters are asked to stand in front of their poster.
